I was able to resolve the issue I was having with the game not saving my High Score with the assistance of KnC on discord. Thank you.

Memory 14mb
TOS206US
STEroids
Screen Mono
Mono 60Hz On

Changing the Screen from Mono to Color in my AtariST config fixed my issue. It's weird, I didn't think to change that setting since the game loaded in color.
