With the development of CD cores including PS1 and Saturn, I added an external USB drive and specific folders for the games on those systems.
Although, I now see that launching arcade MRA's isnt working and this is due to the USB being connected because when it is unplugged, the MRA's launch just fine.
Console and Computer cores seem to be fine, but Arcade roms clearly think they need to be on the USB when connected.
Any help is appreciated, Ive had my MiSTer a few years now so am reasonably experienced with stuff.

Make sure that there is nothing arcade related on the USB drive. The whole arcade section has to be on the SD card and nothing like "mame" should be in the folder games of the USB drive.
