Amiga Configuration Files
Where do they live on the SD Card??? Would love to rename mine and can't find them

They are in /media/fat/config/minimig and are named minimig1.cfg, minimig2.cfg ... and you cannot rename them. To change the names appearing in the OSD you have to use an hex editor and change the text there. Once you do that they will show up with the name of your choosing but if you make a modification to these configs and save them they will revert to these stupid names. In the old times it was possible to give the names of your choosing but some idiot decided he knew better and decided to give these stupid names which describe the hardware configuration but have no meaning to me. If you have the MegaAGS the different configs have been patched to give meaningful names and you can use the hex editor HxD to see where this information is stored so you can see where to patch your own configs.
