I'm having an issue getting certain console cores in not showing up on my core list (e.g. NES, SNES, Genesis, etc).
I recently migrated over to a larger SD card. With the new card, I formatted it and then flashed Mr. Fusion on it. Got Mister installed and then updated the system. I then copied some of the contents from my original card over.. mainly the "Games" folder. Booted up and I couldn't find a few select console cores when going over the list. Tried doing update_all again and still same results. I checked the card and my _Console folder looks to be in there with the right .rbf files and I can see the games in the appropriate console folders. Am I missing something?

Yes, you're missing the names_txt file. Make sure that it gets downloaded by checking your update_all .ini settings.

Thanks, that was it! Man..I was getting so frustrated I was about to do another reformat til I saw your post. I got the Names_TXT_Updater_MiSTer.sh script so I think all is well now!
