Instead of buying an old ibm keyboard for several 100$.
Anyone got other recommendations? In the same colors.
Looking for that retro clicky sound.

Re: Retro Keyboard Recommendations?
According to some translated user reviews from the italian version this keyboard is not a mechanical keyboard so you will not have any clicky sound.
Original Model F keyboards are hard to come by and expensive, there were clones over the years that also were sold at premium prices. Maybe look out for a clone from the 90s. I currently use a keyboard from Highscreen (brand of a german computer vendor) that is identical to the Model F keyboard. These keyboards can be found for less money then original Model F keyboards but they were often of high built quality.

Re: Retro Keyboard Recommendations?
Maybe something like this for a retro look with modern conveniences.
EDIT: I have an older (and ANSI) version of this keyboard on my main rig.

Re: Retro Keyboard Recommendations?
I bought a Keychron K2:
Nicely clacky, 75% keyboard (they do full-size ones), can run either wired or wireless and comes with both Mac and PC keycaps. Not strictly retro, but retro-ish enough for me.

Consider a direct descendant of the IBM model M keyboard, now made by Unicomp in the USA.
They have multiple options, 101 key, 104 key, and even space saver keyboards.
Not sure if they ship to Europe at the moment.

Bought a model m from 1994.
82g2383
Will report back when it arrive.
Now, some might call me a hypocrite for buying the model M, despite my initial post.
Well, I found it for 100€ and within the eu. So no customs.
