Thanks for that, funny and insightful in equal measure. I also ended up watching the linked Retro Foundry video too where they run modern PC games, at lower resolutions but with more effects, and find that they look better than 4K LCD versions. Perhaps we'll see the return of the CRT?

DF need to get their hands on the Alienware QD-OLED to compare, although it sounds like it isn't so great for the consoles.
