Audio failure

Hello,

Has there been some change to audio recently where no cores output any analog audio anymore?

It was working days ago when I last tried it. I still hear clicks and pops when powered on and when cores are loaded, but none of them output any sound anymore.

Is there a volume or mute setting somewhere I could have tripped accidentally with the keyboard?

I figured it out. I had to enable volumectl=1 and turn it up using a multimedia keyboard.

I don't know how it got turned down with volumectl=0 before, but it did somehow.
