Hello everyone, i'm in need of some help again, like the title says i'm getting cut content on the edges of the screen, all 4 sides, either on the main menu or while running game cores. I have a 4k samsung RU7100, max resolution 3,840 x 2,160, I have set my ini file at 1920x1080 resolution, also tried at 720 but even so I get cut content on the edges, here are some example images
If you check the images you can see cut text and images on all sides, for example on the snes core with addams family running as an example if I set in the core config the scale from "normal" to v-integer" I get to see the full picture but at the cost of a smaller image.
Which ini setting should I change to fix this? Here I leave a pastebin link so you can see my ini file settings

Hope someone can help me with this, even by reading the ini file comments I have no idea which setting to change to fix this issue
Thanks in advance!!

Hope it is not a stupid question, but looks like TV overscan?
There is mention of overscan on the ru7100 rtings review.

Yup, this is overscan. Often times flat panel TV's have a setting you can change this in. Go into the settings on the TV, picture size, and change the settings there till it looks right. It's the same way on lots of Samsungs.

@aberu @ash2fpga both of you nailed it!! That was it!! It was an option in the tv called "fit to screen" which was set to off, turned it on and now it works perfectly, no more cut content, here is a picture I took with this setting turned on
Again, thank you so much!! Your are both amazing!!
