SNAC problems

I have this snes controller snac adapter cable and it has an hdmi port:

I can’t figure out how to get it to work. I have “SNAC” enabled in the snes core menu so that is not the problem. Can someone with snac experience help me out?

Just the adaptor wont work, beside the point you would have no where to plug it in on a Standard Mister.
