Sorry for double posting, I forgot to mention that it isn't my CRT. 240p test suite shows relativley small overscan on SNES core

Looks like it is just slightly affected on the sides. Top and bottom are fine.

It's normal overscan with a CRT. In fact the official Super Game Boy guidebook from Nintendo Power shows the same screen cutoff. The core developers don't want to change this as the aim of MiSTer is to replicate the original hardware's behavior.
