Minimig - Linux virtual ethernet link?

Just a topic that keeps popping up, so why not a thread for it, if it ever happens :)

The A314 now has ethernet as a virtual device on the Amiga using a tap device on Linux - perhaps some of this code can be used also with Minimig/MiSTer :)
