Turbo Always Enabled on Super Scope

I'm trying to use GunCon3 to emulate Super Scope and experiencing issue of always having turbo mode enabled. When I use assigned buton "X (SS TurboSw)" it will only switch crosshair color between red and blue, but behave same. Am I doing something wrong?

Input options used:
Super Scope: Joy 1
Super Scope Btn: Joy
Cross: Small
Gun Type: Super Scope

Nevermind, probably just a glitch, it's working fine after restart of SNES core.
