Loading games on ZX81?

According to the instructions on the core readme file, this should work:

But it just ends up with "LOAD [LS]" and nothing happens. Am I missing something?
I tried to do a RUN after than, but it just displays 0/0

Edit: I also tried LOAD "" (with J and shift+Q) but it displays LOAD [ S ]""[ L ] which seems like an error?

It's actually J and shift-P twice
