I can't find them anywhere, only PNG's and they don't work if you change the extension. Does anyone know where to find them? Thanks in advance!

I though the update script would download them but may be not, it has been a long time.
If you don't have them in games/VECTREX go to https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Vectrex_MiSTer.
Edit:
DO NOT download the pngs.
Download the zip where the overlays have the ovr extension.
