Where is the psx core save data / save states directory ?

Hi it seems that my Mister have some kind of error when I try to connect to it using FTP therefore I would like to format the main mister fpga micro sd card but the last time I did so my psx virtual memory cards , save states and other core's save data also was deleted I was wondering where is the save data and save states of the psx core and if you know also the other cores so I can make a backup and not loose everything

Which OS are you using?
Which FTP client?

saves(memcards) are in saves/PSX if you used automount
savestates are in savestates/PSX
