SF2 Champion Edition Missing!!!?

I used the update all script recently and I wanted to play some SF2 Champion Edition and it’s scrubbed off my arcade core list.

The other games are present like the zero/alpha games, the super series and even puzzle fighter etc are all there!!!

How do I re-download all the champion versions back on my MISTer FPGA?

I don't know about SF2 Championship Edition but Street Fighter II'- Champion Edition (W, 920513) is still here.

Yeah I found that one too, but the other versions are missing. I play mostly the jpn version’s and they and the north american versions are absent.

How do I get them back?

There are 2 alternatives but they do not seem to be the ones you are looking for.
On Feb 24 Jotego made an update which deleted an incredible amount of mras.
May be it when they were deleted.
On Feb 26 he made another update which restored a lot of mras.
May be not everything was restored.
I have an old backup and in the atlernatives there is a gazillion of them (27 to be exact).
I am not sure if they will work as he also made changes to the cores (framework, spinner, Y/C).

Here they are but you will be the guinea pig.

jotego has been reorganizing the github site, and some things have gone missing. his team is working to get missing things added back, but with so many files, some things are slipping through. Best to file a bug report on github or contact him through his discord.

@sbnr21 there are quite a few of these mras in Arcade/Arcade Offset/_CP System and the _HBMame subdirectory.

There are a few more alternatives which disappeared.
I did a big mra cleanup by deleting all main mras and alternatives, ran update all to restore a clean state of mras.

After the big clean up even the 2 remaining alternatives are gone as the subdirectory ended up empty and thus deleted:

Are you positive that it’ll bring back all the games back without losing anymore?

It brings back SF2 Champion Edition altrnatives and Saturday Night Slam Masters (World 930713).mra + alternatives but deletes Black Tiger alternatives but leaves the main mra which is Black Tiger.mra. As Jotego seems to be giving proper names to the mras I am sure they will come back sometimes in the future.
