MiSTer Setup Micro SD Card Problem

I'm having some trouble (Help)! Trying to format a SD Card (200GB) I had a 64GB micro SD that's gone on me so I have a 200MB as a backup I am flashing the main MISTER image onto it and then afterwards............only showing 114MB I have erm the 2.9 img (I think that's the latest) AND erm the latest MISTER fpga distribution as here https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Distribution_MiSTer

So I trying to flash the main image first THEN copy all of that onto the SD which is a no-go as it only showing 14.2mb free of 114MB

Follow the instructions exactly. Once its done copy your backup to the new card

The SD card is fine. Not a issue (had to use a 200GB card) that formatted and working unfortunately................there's no power getting to the MISTER well there is blue light on in the back unfortunately.......no power anywhere else. HDMI not working (it's not the cable) and no power getting to the USB so I think i've goofed. I have ordered a case see if things can be fixed
