When I first I got a Mister I could not get scanline filters working when using the psx core with 480i signals. Only on 240p the scanline filters show. Then I thought that maybe that was the intended behaviour, as 480i should not really show static scanlines, but yesterday I tried changing some settings and after changing deinterlacing mode from weave to bob, the scanlines now show under 480i. Any reason the scanlines are present when using bob deinterlacing? After some tests I do prefer bob deinterlacing so would like it to automatically disable scanlines as weave does. Has this been reported before, is it a bug or intended behaviour?
