BK-0011M core: added Covox support

Core updated to prevent interference with mouse.

UPDATE:

I did some more testing, and it seems that the mouse state does not really need protection from Covox writes. Therefore, in the experimental branch, I reverted the respective changes. The sources for this branch are here (also the compiled core):

Hi,

I've tested Covox sound with OmegaTracker.dsk and OmegaTracker-songs.dsk files and I've detected low audio levels compared with PSG sound.
