Y-Axis not working with gamer usb

Unread post by Emubastard »

I was trying to use the new N64 core with my Gamer Pro usb -> N64 controller. The Y-Axia doesn’t work.

I tested it with the input tester core and no Y-Axis.

I tested the device on a windows 11 computer and Y-Axis is working fine.

I’ve tried 2 different Gamer Pro adapters with two different N64 controllers. I’ve tried updating the gamer pro firmware.

Still only works correctly on Windows 11.

Any idea what could be wrong? It seems the mister isn’t seeing the Y axis in any core…

You havent completed the setup in Main Mister. When you get to the mouse section you must skip these options and continue on to the Analog Stick Setup

You are very appreciated. After some experimentation, it seems you can only use the N64 Controller with USB adapter as the primary controller to get any of this to work. That's too bad since most of the cores work better with my SNES controller :(
