No affiliation but I saw a great deal for the clicky-stick mini joystick for NeoGeo lovers. $20. Comes with 2.4 ghz wireless dongle and seems to be pretty low latency.
To my knowledge should work out of the box with MiSTer. Sorry non-US folks!

That's not a bad deal. It's a shame that it's only the themed controllers available. I was about to order one until I saw that.
