d3fmod ironclad rtc question

Hi,

after assembling my ironclad board I can say all works fine. But I can´t get the rtc working.
There is a cr2032 inserted but when running the rtc script in the script folder there comes
the info :

hwclock: Cannot access the Hardware Clock via any known methods.

What did I overlook to activate the rtc?

I would contact the manufacturer for support, I think it is possibly a hardware issue with the clock chip on the board.
