MiSTer with LG Dual Up 28

Hi all, so I managed a few months ago to scale Mister perfectly on LG Dual Up 28 (see picture).

It was glorious!
Then I used my Mister on my Astro City CRT for a month, CRT is in repair and I want to use the LG again...
However, It seems that my ini backup didn't work and I don't remember how I did...
Anyone using this monitor? It's really the perfect screen..

I tried to upload a video from my phone but doesn t allow me to. This screen in tate is awesome even with yoko game.

I actually picked up a Dual Up this week and stumbled upon this post, would it be possible to share your INI file? Does your config apply to all cores? and have you gotten it to work in both orientations?

This is really interesting! How does 16:18 compare to 4:3? I’ve seen some comparisons of aspect ratios but can’t seem to find it now.

Sorry, I have not checked this thread for a while.
I have been busy upgrading my MiSTer quite a lot, now it's in a Sega Astro City cab as LG28 matches closely to the bezel.
Also attached my ini, I am interested to check yours as well.

Yes HDMI for video but I am using optical output to a SoundBlaster DAC which then export the sound to Logitech Z623 2.1 speakers (perfect fit for Astro). Also modified the logitech control panel to have direct access to sound volume and bass right under the control panel.

is that black border around the screen a stock part on the candy cab (and the monitor just fits perfectly!) or is that a 3d printed/custom bezel?

This is the original bezel, cut two parts with a dremel as LG 28 is wider by 2cms on each side.
Then I added Epoxy putty to make the shape, paper sanded, flat black paint and it was done.
I am really not good at these things so anyone can do it .
