What power supply for this setup?

What for power supply (with EU plug) is recommended for powering the MiSTer and a MT32-Pi hat using the Raspberry Pi 4?

I suggest to use the 5V 4A Meanwell power supply, you can get it from Ricardo (ultimatemister.com) or Nat (misterfpga.co.uk).
Think I got mine from Nat, no problem whatsoever using it for powering my MiSTer and MT32-Pi :)

AS above, just make sure you get at least 4 amps.

5V is mandatory, more amps than 4 is fine and will just give you more headroom for plugged in devices drawing power, but you want at least 4 amps.

Do higher powered/better power supplies send more power to hdmi? I'm using Misteraddons active Y/C adapter with unpowered hdmi to vga adapters, Triad 4 amp power supply for de-10 nano/analogue IO board, and original de-10 nano power supply for usb hub. I get horizontal flicking noises on darker colors but noises are gone when I connect them to powered hdmi splitter so I'm thinking maybe hdmi is not getting enough power from Mister. Hdmi splitter is unusable though because it cause massive syncing problem.

Power supplies don’t really “send” power so much as devices “take” power. Given an (imaginary) infinite-amps power supply, each device will take what it needs. So, as long as the PSU has enough amps, then more amps won’t make a difference. (This is an oversimplified version, as I’m ignoring that the closer you get to a PSU’s max current output, the less efficient it gets.)

Gotcha, so I guess better way of asking is if better power supplies would provide more pool of power for my chain of hdmi->vga->y/c adapter.
