I used my MiSTer to record gameplay to VHS

I've been working on films that capture the authentic feeling of a VHS videogame demo of the early 90s. This time I used my MiSTer for it's Apple II core.

Cool idea! I used to connect my Amiga to my VHS recorder to record game footage and animations.

I used to have 3 vhs tapes of all my Genesis plays (taped endings, etc). Wish I still had them!

This reminds me of Mario Paint! Back when it was first released, Nintendo encouraged players to use their VCRs to capture their work since the ability to save that work the cartridge was very limited.
