Note its a Jotego Premium Beta Core at the moment. So unless you are a patreon you have no way to actually use the core. The core will not allow you to configure the keys or send inputs.

I updated my MiSTer and noticed that there is a Galaga 88 core!
But I can not start it. A message is displayed that cus64-6cus64-64a1.mcu is missing in the galaga88.zip. Any idea what to do?

It's a missing file inside the zip. Delete both the mra and the zip file and run update_all again.
