Hybrid Heaven - controller pak problems

Every time I try to start a new game it says that the controller pak for player 1 does not have enough space. Is anyone else having this problem. I would like to play it but being the game is about 15 hours long I would really like to save.

I tested Hybrid Heaven last night and found no such issue. Are you sure you have correctly set up and have the Controller Pak mounted?

You can hold the start button when loading Hybrid Heaven to manage the contents of the Controller Pak, from there you should see the contents, if any.

Are you using a real Controller Pak or an emulated one? Hybrid Heaven's save file is huge (53 pages, nearly half the standard Controller Pak capacity), so the message might be legitimate if there are other save files taking up space.
