Change core clock from 59.18 hz to 60 hz

Hi all! How can we change the Horizontal video frequency of the Genesis core to 15.75kH from 15.7Khz, as per the attached picture

I am trying to search this in Genesis Core but not able to find it, I need to use it with YC

People say Nuked MD core is too full to add more things but I don't know if this option can fit or not. I asked MikeS about it but he didn't answer.
