Defragment VHD image?

I lately bought Way Of The Exploing Fist for the Spectrum Next and noticed that it is recommended on the programmers website that the sdcard has to be defragmented to have shoutouts and music - both missing here. How to do that with the VHD image?

You can mount the VHD in Windows, it is handled as any other drive. You should be able to defrag the drive from there, I never tried this.

Ok, but how to defragment? Is there a Windows built-in tool or any other program?

Not being rude, but this is very easy to find by googling etc..

Mount the VHD, the right click on the drive, select properties, then tools, then defragment.
