There is a graphical Glitch in the right side of the screen, only in HDMI signal, on CRT is normal. I am using CHD rom of the game.

Re: Graphical Glitch in Captain Commando (JP)
I am not familiar with the game on PlayStation but quite often these 'glitches' in the areas of overscan are quite normal, you'll see them in HDMI output as by default the core doesn't crop the overscan area (from memory you can change the screen crop in the OSD). Looking at captures of the game on YouTube from supposed real hardware this appears to be the case.
Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Yes, this is an overscan area and it is not a core bug! I have already directed you to the right track on github - https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/PSX_MiSTer/issues/303
Use the HORIZONTAL CROP option in OSD.
Besides, the game has a real bug which is documented here - https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/PSX_MiSTer/issues/66
Re: Graphical Glitch in Captain Commando (JP)
Im a bit late to the party, but this game will never run correctly with the core as it is now afiak.
The game requires some pretty strict timings and because theyre not quite there, the boss on the 1st level (maybe subsequent levels too) will appear as a bunch of glitched sprites. Its a known issue, as already stated, and probably wont be fixed without completely redoing the data-reading part of the core.
Good news is, the arcade version of CC is already on mister in the arcade cores section, so you can just play that instead.
