Before the update 4 days ago the Circus test was failing but now the screen stays black and no menus appear. Do I have to pay for the FPGA to restart. Other cores have the same problem, they just stay black. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Jotego releases his cores to patrons on Patreon only during the beta period. When it leaves beta (usually a few months) it will be publicly available.
If you want it now you'll need to contribute on Patreon for a key.

Circus is already free days..no need to pay. The black screen error is when the core is not started or similar.
