V1.05 is up now on archive. org (search for "amiga"+"akeley" or "play it by year").

V1.05 changes:
-added some WHDLoad games from Beta/Unreleased directory, and the ones which were updated recently
-added several corrected version of existing games (eg Barney Mouse, Tank Buster)
-added games which are in TOSEC but not in HoL yet - for now covering only letter A. The rest will be included in the upcoming version 1.1. It will take some time though, hence the partial inclusion. Please note that these games are not included in the by-year directories yet.

This is a small update, so I've included a separate "update v1.0 to v1.1" zip so there's no need to redownload everything.

V1.2 changes (July-2024):
-added games which were in TOSEC but not in HoL (at least at the time of last update)
-added some WHDLoad games which were updated or added recently
-added some corrected and updated versions of ADF games

This is a fairly big update, adding numerous games which are available in TOSEC, but were not listed at HOL at the time of the last release (late 2023). This means mostly PD releases.

The collection should now represent a complete archive of available releases from years 1985-1995. That's the theory though, in practice I'm sure there are still some things missing due to oversight and also the fact that I still haven't scoured some sources properly (mainly the Non-Tosec Games collection).

Any suggestions for eventual additions and corrections are always welcome.

The link no longer works, is this related to the recent Wayback Machine hack? It would be great to move everything to a dedicated website and not rely on third-party resources. Also, it would be cool, and I believe even very profitable, to bring all these games online on that same site. For example, I was looking for card games and read some reviews, and I noticed how it’s done here - https://somagyarkaszino.com/nyerogepes- ... elemenyek/. You read the review, then you can follow the link to play, or test it in demo mode.

Unrelated to Wayback Machine, but the file archive section of archive.org is still down after the recent DDoS attacks.

Thanks for your work. Is there a link I am not seeing? I can't see how to download this.

There is no link for this.
Read the first post for instructions how to find it in the Archiv....

Anyway, maybe Amigavision is the better option.

AmigaVision is great and certainly the better option for most people, or at least those interested in having nice launcher, scaling options for modern TVs, categories, demos, and other stuff.

This collection is more specialized, with focus on accurate chronology and also including every Amiga game from the 1985-1995 "golden era".

Yes, there is nothing wrong with your collection, it's well curated and fun to explore. I like both collections and thx for your effort.
