"Default Folder" Menu Setting

I've been looking for a way to have the Mister boot to the last selected folder or a preset folder.
For instance, having a custom list of games in a folder that rebooting it returns to that list.
It would leave everything else as is meaning updating using say the Update_all script would be less cumbersome.
Have I missed an option somewhere that can do this or has anyone found a way to archive setting a default startup folder?
