I've been interacting with the individual who cracked the very first commercial copy-protected title, Microsoft Adventure, for some time now. (See https://www.filfre.net/2011/07/microsoft-adventure/ and a great many other writings for details).
After all this time, and having VERY thoroughly reverse-engineering the game, this very same individual has very generously provided a modified copy that works with the simplistic JV1 format that MiSTer currently requires.
I'm extremely pleased to have the opportunity to provide it here for anyone who wishes to (re-)experience that journey from long ago.
