Which games uses MusyX?

Unread post by IgoreshaZhu »

Good afternoon! In some forums I found information about which games use MusyX? It used in these games like:

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
Star Wars Episode I - Battle for Naboo
Resident Evil 2
Gauntlet Legends
San Francisco Rush 2049
Hydro Thunder
Tarzan
NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC
007: The World Is Not Enough
Polaris SnowCross
Rugrats in Paris: The Movie

Both Pokémon Stadium and Sesame Street games uses Voice Compression Tool by Factor 5, while it used Nintendo's sound driver.

But this is not enough. I'm believe that no one checked games like 40 Winks (ROM is finally leaked), Duke Nukem: Zero Hour and Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage.

Maybe, infamous Superman 64 uses MusyX, too, since samples from Orchestral Colours, which were in Battle for Naboo, can be recognized there. But I'm don't think so.

Maybe someone will make a configuration file for birdmanager6's vgmid tool for MusyX scanning. Or create similar program.

Games like WCW Nitro, NHL 99, Supercross 2000 and Tigger's Honey Hunt can be use MusyX and MORT, too. Last three games had better quality unlike the other games. If someone disagreed, let me know.

Now i understand that i was a real idiot, since these games was already researched. MusyX used only in these games, which i mentioned in my list.

About my assumptions, I'm errored, since Aidyn Chronicles possibly used tracker format (possibly, MOD or S3M) instead of MusyX, infamous Superman 64 uses Titus' custom sound driver, 40 Winks uses custom sound driver by Eurocom. NHL 99 and Supercross 2000 uses EA Canada's sound technology. Other games i mentioned, uses Software Creations' sound driver.

Finally i calmed down about this. Now I'm should close this pointless topic.
