First boot, no picture :(

First start, no picture, (Digital Out of range 63,9kHz/30Hz)
(QM Tech MiSTer +IO-board, Mr Fusion 2.9, HDMI>DVI cable, 60Hz LG Flatron L1942PE)
Can't open/edit mister.ini (looks corrupted, but i think its not, maybe need some setting in Notepad++?? ), using Notepad++
mister_example.ini opens up fine in Notepad++.
Cable and monitor works fine with other setups.
Total noob to this, whats next? (Feels like a soft setting/error)?
