That is an odd problem, almost sounds like some kind of power saving thing. I hope @pgimeno will be able to fix that.

I can't reproduce; I left the core running overnight and it kept working this morning. Could it be a temperature problem? Do you have a fan?

I have tested extensively and the same problem occurs for the Zx81 core, but I don't think it is a real disconnection problem, because when the keyboard suddenly no longer works within a game, if I go back to the core menu and switch the keyboard to layer "B", the keyboard works correctly in the menu (but not in the game)...

It can work either wired or wireless. I haven't tried the wireless mode, everything I use is wired.

I don't think so, it's a new abouth Edimax and I've tried also the ASUS and in layer B the connection is still present...

Not at all. I don't even have a Bluetooth dongle connected to the MiSTer. My Recreated (and everything else I have connected - keyboard, mouse, controllers) communicates directly via USB.

Could you try connecting it with a USB cable to see if that changes anything?

Ok, I've just made an hour-session of playing both with Zx Spectrum and Zx81 core and all it works without disconnections, thanks! So I think the problem it's only in bluetooth mode... Sorry my fault, I didn't know that I can use the keyboard in USB mode too!
