Main:
- Progress bar for arcades. Update NeoGeo progress bar.
- Tweaks in ST and Minimig menus.
- ini: support [arcade] section (all arcades), original arcade name and name provided by MRA.
- ini: support additional core names (+core).
- DEFMRA option for easier arcade core debugging.
- FC option to store file name.
- Fix no files message if previously loaded file is missing.

Gameboy:

- Add hard reset, so can mount different VHD/SD without reloading the core and choose different machines.
- Add CPU clock info to OSD.

ZX Spectrum:
- Fixes and tweaks in DivMMC VHD.

ZXNext:
- Add second drive (D:).
- Add wait state while writing to VHD which should fix write timeout in some cases.
- Add RTC.
- Support for TZX and CSW(non-compressed) tape formats.

Irem M62:
