Groovy Dolphin overscan is not correct but you can use CRT scaling option to fit better. He planned to fix the overscan before his passing.

Hi, can anybody at all help me with Retroarch. I downloaded retroarch replaced the exe and nothing. I also downloaded switchres.ini and placed that in retroarch folder and still nothing. The information online on how to do this is minimal at best can someone point me in the right direction as I'm losing my mind. I have Groovymister (latest test) and mistercast working fine
