New computer core: Commodore 128

Based on the C64 core, so it has the features of that core, plus:

- C128, C64 and CP/M modes.
- Chipset versions selectable from original C128 flat and newer C128 DCR.
- Support for all localized versions of the C128.
- Optional "pure" C64 mode (disables C128 extensions).
- C1571 read/write/format support in raw GCR or MFM mode.
- External IEC Fast Serial for using a real 1571 or 1581 with an IEC user port adapter that supports the additional signal wire.
- VIC jailbars.
- VDC with 16k or 64k RAM and multiple colour palettes, supports all standard and most non-standard video modes.
- Direct file injection (Load *.PRG) detects C128 or C64 mode.
- (Experimental) support for easy configuration of ROMs and hardware options using MRA files.

IremM72
- Updated framework
- Switched to PLL reconfiguration instead of fractional clock enables for 57hz and 60hz video modes (thanks to @RndMnkIII for working through this with me)

Please keep in mind that while composite and s-video now works with the core, the 256 line output and non-standard timing is going to cause cropping and sync issues on most consumer CRTs.

PCXT:

- XTIDE ROM update: The Full Operation Mode option is now available in the .\SW\ROMs\BASICA folder, in the default .\SW\ROMs folder the previous version is kept, after it was detected that XTIDE's Full Operation Mode option generates problems with several games in Tandy mode. Thanks akeley for report it.

Therefore, it is now up to the user to decide which ROM to use, depending on whether the user is interested in BASICA or not

Note: This update is about the SW folder of the GitHub repository, to take advantage of it you must rebuild the ROMs with the corresponding scripts located inside the same directory.

PCXT:

- CGA CRTC updated to UM6845R
- Hercules CRTC updated to UM6845R

Several glitches of AREA5150 have been solved. The only glitch is the final part of the demo, the water effect.

There are also some minor issues with the edges that have yet to be resolved, which are more evident in this demo, but overall it looks very good.

Thank you @gyurco for the idea and the tips for implementation.
