Does this exist anywhere else, not that it has been taken down from archive.org? I have the 0MHz DOS Collection but would also love to use this on my new MiSTer FPGA box!

It was removed at the Authors Request and so shouldnt be used anymore.

It's a pity. Even the boot.rom itself is pretty handy, I'm still using it sometimes.

Found it, it's stilll out there on a heavily seeded torrent, if your the kind of punk that like arcades, you'll find it!!!
