Dead USB Hub Version 2.1

Anyone know any my usb hub might have suddenly given up when the mister is powered on with nothing connected to the usb sockets red LED8 powers on red for a split second and turns off?

Have you contacted the person that sold you that USB Hub?

Yeah i have

Have carried out some further testing and the board has failed as it is no longer putting 5 volts to each of the individual usb ports
