One thing that is really important when playing games pre 5th generation is manuals. It's very difficult to know what you're doing in an Atari 2600 or ColecoVision game if you don't have a manual. Would it be possible or easy to implement a PDF manual reader within the MiSTer config?
Manuals are a very important aspect of retro gaming that doesn't get enough consideration for having an "authentic" experience. It's part of the reason why playing NES games on Nintendo Switch Online feels soulless. Anyways, that's another tangent. Do you guys see a PDF reader as a viable option?

Re: PDF reader for game manuals?
Couldn't agree more - which is why I have an iPad next to me to flip through the manuals as I play. It'd be utterly pointless to have it on the same screen.
