This seems to suggest Windows 2000 would work.

The CPU in the video is an AM586 133, this processor was the successor to the AM486DX. These CPUs from AMD had a FPU. So at least without tricks Windows 2000 won't work, as a Pentium was the official minimum requirement and this CPU had a FPU.
