TG16 External Storage Project

I decided to create some external storage cards for a friend for holding the Turbo CD backup library outside of main storage. I picked up some jewel cases and 3D printed this from ThingVerse:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842336
I then picked up a pack of 20 credit card USB drives:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XC829JS/ (he has nearly a full US collection and a sizeable but relatively small JP collection, so the 32GB was enough. They match the dimensions of a HuCard exactly...on paper at least.)
There are a number of CD label templates online and I found one I really like, but I won't link directly to the video as it advocates getting Photoshop from less-than-legal means. Searching for TurboGrafx 16 Jewel Case will bring up the vid and the links to the PSDs.
Finally, I couldn't find a template for the HuCard label so I made one (attached). I really liked how it turned out. Apologies if this has been done already and I'm retreading old news.

Thanks! I had to increase the dimensions on the 3D print to 100.4%. It's a touch too small. Other than that, it's all coming together well!

You'll notice a few mistakes. Especially the inside of the case, where you can see the backing of the sticker paper I accidentally printed on. Also, the edges on the sticker are not clean cut and there's no glossy overlay on the sticker paper. But this is, essentially, the final product.

I updated the PSD to add genres that match the old color coding on the TG-16. The font used is Blambot's BadaBoom, downloadable for free here:

I also created a TG 16 jewel case storage/shipping box for 3D printing. I'm not super well versed with CAD yet, but I've printed it and it works well.
Attached STL files. I put a non-logo version up on Thingiverse:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4614822
The print takes about 7 hours on an Artillery Sidewinder X1 with 18% infill.

Glad to hear it! I'm going to be doing a special run for a game designer friend of mine who is SUPER into TG16 and wants to put his game on a 'HuCard'. I'll post final photos when that project is done as well!
