That's a heck of a project. Nice work! Now you need to get it in the portable portion of the Neo Geo X.

(My MiSTer is currently housed in a cardboard box, waiting for an aesthetically designed case that befits it. I may just tackle a version of this project myself if nothing comes along soon...)

Does it work over the Mini HDMI port of the dock? Because I tested with two different cables an I do not get a picture. Cables and the Mini HDMI adapter cable I tested on a PS4 and works fine, or are there settings in the INI that I have to turn on?

The factory Mini-HDMI port likely only works if you supply power via the PCB's Micro-USB connection.
