MiSTer Case with Internal USB Connectors

Big enough for 4x 8bitdo USB dongles, that is. Unless I have missed it, does anyone know if there is one in the works? I am wanting one, since my "console gaming" mister looks like a quadrapus with all the dongles sticking out. 
Antonio Villena's case, and the upcoming MSTR case are kind of close, with ports all on one side at least. I would like to have all the dongles be internal, though. I am thinking about getting a plastic cable management box to mod, at least for the short term.
