Possible to change size of picture on HDMI?
Possible to change size of picture on HDMI?
So, I have always said: "You can never have too big a TV". Well, I guess one can... I feel that some of the consoles, filling up the whole screen from top to bottom, well, it just makes them too big. Is it possible to somehow change, so that I get perhaps 50% screen size, with black bars around? I feel (without having tried it), that some consoles would benefit from this.

The addition of bezel/border options would be a way of solving this.
For now, can you set your MiSTer to output a lower resolution (like 480p) and set your TV's zoom to 1:1? That should result in a smaller picture in the middle of the screen.

Have you already tried going into the .ini file and setting it to integer scaling? That will shrink many of them if you are doing 1080p, and it will have 1:1 pixel perfection
