Atari 800 core help

I've tried this core a few times, but it never actually seems to load. All I get is a blank screen, can't bring up the ui, and eventually my TV will lose sync (plasma 1080p) and won't display anything. From what I can tell, it no longer needs a vhd or bios file, but what am I missing here?

(My setup is a DE10 Nano + 128mb ram + mister addons usb hub)

Have you already tried to set vsync_adjust=0 in the mister.ini?

Ah, that was it! I had it set to 1, and turns out the core defaults to PAL.
