Is there a way to auto boot Neogeo core and a specific game?

You can boot a core using the .ini file:

I think auto-booting a rom requires it to be in the root of the games folder and named 'boot.rom' or an ordinal variation of that, but the cores might vary there. NeoGeo requires a few special rom files, so I have no idea if it would work. Also, because it requires folders, it may be a non-start.
